Crucial Insights

Based on this usability test, the main learnings were:

Our landing page lacks information architecture and better ways to show the services we offer and how we offer them. And also information about the company itself.

Participants in this study expressed the need for more direct and faster ways to contact the company, such as chats and telephone numbers.

Therefore, based on this data, we can say that the landing page's power to convince the prospect to contact us can be improved with simple changes.

The information currently available on the page can be improved so that we can achieve this goal with fewer obstacles in the experience.
