Introduction
This artifact is part of a project aimed at creating an engagement hub app for a surgery pavilion. This application would have as a goal to assist patients to schedule and track their surgery appointments.
Approach
During the product discussions phase, we perceived the client's business team was having a hard time understanding the value that the app would actually bring to real user.
To ease their understanding we created a series of storyboards to illustrate the users needs, concerns and the solutions the app would bring them.
Crucial Insights
With the help of the storyboards illustrating their users' scenarios, the client's business team had a much better understanding of the app and to what extent it can be useful for both users and their company.
