I'm a mixed-method Senior UX researcher and Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in planning, running and analyzing research aimed at driving growth and optimizing businesses and products.
In addition to my UX research expertise, I also have experience with Project Management, process improvement using BPMN and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach business and product optimization from a comprehensive perspective.

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism, I began my career as a Design Assistant at a marketing company. I steadily advanced to become a Design Coordinator, then transitioned into UX Design, followed by UX Research, Project Management and Business Analysis. This diverse background enables me to bring a holistic approach to projects, combining design sensibilities with deep user insights and strategic management.
